EC Rule :
-s या  -es दोनों में से एक 3rd Person के साथ  Sentence में एक ही बार आएगा और या तो Verb में आएगा या H.V में

since = used for particular point of time like  7 pm , last monday, 
2013 , january etc 
For = used for duration of time like  3 hours , 5 days , 2 years ,
7 months etc 
H.V :  HAVE BEEN = used with I, YOU & PLURAL
HAS BEEN = Other than above subject
V.F = V(ing)
